Bethany is a Somatica Trained Sex and Relationship Coach, BDSM-Kink Educator and Erotic Practices workshop facilitator in the San Francisco Bay area. 

With empathy and vulnerability, she brings a creative approach to her clients that allows them to explore their sexuality, uncover blockers to developing deep intimate relationships, and discovering their core desires.

It was Bethany’s Somatica journey that led to her deep self-acceptance, embracing her boundaries, and overcoming the shame she experienced as a transgender woman – that led her to becoming a sex, relationship and intimacy coach. Bethany is now passionate about helping her clients conquer their issues too. She helps them dismantle the limiting beliefs and fears that prevent them from embracing their sexual selves, unique gender identities, tapping into pleasure, or having the relationships they desire.

Specializing in individuals and couples/partners – including those embracing open/polyamorous relationships and those seeking fulfilment from same sex / queer / kinky partnerships – Bethany engages them in building greater intimacy, feeling confident about setting boundaries, and lovingly asking for what they want and need. She helps them recognize how past traumas may impact their relationships, teaches strategies to move beyond them, and helps them connect in a secure, loving and sensual way.

Bethany particularly loves working with adults who are adjusting to significant relationship changes such as a partner’s gender transition, and those exploring fresh ways of sharing affection & pleasure, e.g. Kink Play, Tantra, Polyamory. 

Here for you with courage and compassion, Bethany seeks to help you flourish though life-affirming love. Her training includes several years of Psychological, Sexological and Somatic assessment and intervention, Sex and Relationship Coaching, graduate and post-graduate degrees and professional certifications in applied Organization Psychology, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, Co-active Life Coaching and Interpersonal Communication.
